One of the most fulfilling parts of being a Realtor® is helping clients reach their goals in a way that feels smooth, strategic, and rewarding from beginning to end. That is exactly what happened with the sale of 1209 Hueneme Street #13 in San Diego, where I had the privilege of representing both the seller and the buyer in one successful transaction. The property closed at $675,000 after being listed at $650,000, and the transaction also included a $10,000 buyer credit at closing.

This sale was especially meaningful because I was able to secure the buyer for my listing clients and negotiate an excellent result for them, while also creating meaningful savings and value for my buyer. My seller clients achieved a great price for their home, and my buyer client benefited not only from commission-related savings, but also from a $10,000 credit to be used at closing, helping reduce out-of-pocket costs.
