Roseville located on the Point Loma side, just below Fleetridge.  Mostly flat and closer to Rosecrans Ave and is a mix of view homes, smaller non view homes and small apartment complexes and condo complex homes, great accessibility to nearby restaurants and points of intrest, in general homes range from 1.8m-3m

A historic neighborhood, with the majority of the homes being built in the 1920's and 1930's, it is known for the charming Tudors and Spanish style homes with well maintained yards and historic lamposts.  Also, very conveniently located right across the street from Liberty Station, a naval base turned into a shopping, entertainment, parks, housing, hotels and more!

Point Loma Heights

More or less the top of hill along the point comprised of Point Loma homes and Ocean Beach.  Approximately half have views of either downtown on the PL side or the ocean on the OB side.  Full lots are approximately 7,500 square feet, however many have been split into two in zones where allowed and many homes have ADU's in back as rental properties or used as additional living space for multigenerational families.  Great family neighborhood, near schools and tucked up away from OB, in general homes range from 1.8m-4m.
